Real Estate Laws, Customs & Excise Law, Service Laws etc. He is Advocate On Record for Stock Holding Corporation of India, Delhi High Court Bar Association and Standing Counsel for University of Delhi and Dr BR Ambedkar University, Delhi. He has rich experience both in Litigation and corporate Law . He earlier served as Partner in Gagrat & Co. ,a reputed Law Firm having its Office In Mumbai and Delhi
Hardik Rupal, one of our young, dynamic and founding partners of the firm, has versatile experience in areas of criminal practice and advisory and civil litigation related issues. Hardik regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, district courts and various tribunals across Delhi-NCR region and closely works with and briefs top senior counsels based in and around New Delhi. Moreover, with a plentitude of international exposure, Hardik has a proficient understanding of international dispute resolution related matters, especially in issues involving international/cross-border commercial transactions.
Since being admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi in 2003, Amisha started practicing before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts and Consumer Forum under the guidance of Adv Mohinder JS Rupal. She practiced in matters of Constitutional laws, Consumer Laws, Civil & Service Law, and Arbitration & Conciliation Law. She was associated with an International Law Firm, Osborne Clarke in Germany, as a Legal Intern from 2006-2008, and practiced in the matters of International Trade Law, Competition Act, International Labour and Taxation Laws. Since 2010, she is a registered Solicitor of Supreme Court of England and Wales (UK). In 2015, Dr Jain was awarded PhD on the topic “Redressing Historical Injustice through the Forest Rights Act, 2006, In India- Is It a Success or a Failure”. At present, she is planning to pursue Post-Doc on “Critical Analysis of India’s new National Education Policy 2020”.
